Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MonoRo Business Operating System (the "Platform"), operated by GSFO Tech Pvt Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MonoRo provides an integrated suite of business management tools designed for blue-collar operations, including but not limited to:
- Geofenced attendance and time-tracking systems.
- AI-powered grooming and compliance verification.
- Automated staff training and quiz modules.
- Operational checklists and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) workflows.
- Inventory management and wastage reporting.
- Automated payroll processing and incentive ledgers.
3. User Obligations
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (phone number and PIN). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of the Platform. This includes providing genuine visual evidence (selfies, videos) for operational compliance.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, to spoof location data, to submit fraudulent reports, or to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its underlying technology, algorithms, designs, and content, is the exclusive property of GSFO Tech Pvt Ltd. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
"The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonoRo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, especially in cases of breach of these Terms or non-payment of subscription fees.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
